Lent invites us to slow down.
Marked by ashes and guided by the cross, this season draws our eyes again to Jesus—our suffering Savior, our faithful substitute, our victorious Redeemer. It’s a journey that leads us through repentance and reflection, through sorrow over sin and confidence in grace, through the shadow of the cross and into the light of the empty tomb.
This Lenten Prayer Journey is an invitation to walk that path intentionally. Day by day, through Scripture-shaped prayers and quiet reflection, we’re reminded why Jesus went to the cross and what his sacrifice means for us right now. Not as distant observers, but as forgiven children who live each day by his mercy.
We invite you to download the Lenten Prayer Challenge PDF and use it as a companion throughout the season—a simple, focused guide to help shape your prayers and anchor your heart in God’s promises. And as you walk this journey, we encourage you to stop back here. At the beginning of each week throughout Lent, we’ll be sharing brief devotions based on the Bible verses selected for the prayer challenge, offering reflection and encouragement along the way.
(Note: Due to the volume of posts, subscribers won’t receive email notifications when we share new devotions for the Lenten Prayer Journey. However, the devotions for the week will be posted here each Monday in Lent.)
Wherever you’re coming from—whether your faith feels strong or worn thin—come and rest here. Come and pray. Come and listen. Come and fix your eyes on the Lamb of God, who was given for you.
May this season draw you closer to Christ, deepen your confidence in his forgiveness, and prepare your heart to rejoice again in the victory of Easter.
